The Cancellation Support Assoc will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to dealership partners, financial institutions, and customers. Qualifications: Experience serving as a dependable resource for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient cancellation experience while maintaining accountability. Previous experience assisting customers by providing the highest level of service. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
