Dining Room Supervisor

Overview: The  Woodlands at Canterfield, an Assisted Living and Memory Support community located in West Dundee, Illinois is looking for a dynamic Dining Room Supervisor to oversee the dining room operations, assures quality nutritional services are provided and ensures a hospitable environment for residents, visitors and associates. Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise dining service associates Assist in ensuring proper staffing and weekly schedules Assist service staff with mealtime as neededAssist with greeting and seating residents and guestsEnsures timely opening and closing of venuesMaintain a safe and sanitary working environmentBuild positive relationships with residents, employees and coworkers Required Skills and Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED2 years of supervisory experienceEnergetic, professional with exceptional interpersonal skillsExcellent communication & customer service skillsCompassionate and understanding of eldercare About Franciscan Advisory Services: We believe in our associates and are committed to creating an environment that is supportive and nurturing of your career path.
