If you have strong project management experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to lead the implementation of an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS). This position will be a full-time contract and hybrid with employees expected to work onsite 3 days per week.What You’ll Do Manage the project from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Port objectivesDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, tailoring project management methodology (Waterfall or Agile/Scrum) to fit the initiativeFacilitate cross-functional coordination among business stakeholders, technology stakeholders, and vendors ensuring clear accountability and collaborationManage multi-vendor deliverables and integrate with systems within the ecosystem, including VUEWorksEstablish asset data standards, asset hierarchies, and governance models for successful implementationLead regular project meetings, communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and maintain project documentation and reportingIdentify and manage project risks and issues, resolve conflicts, and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum and deliverablesTranslate complex technical requirements into business outcomes for executive and non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-makingCoordinate quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and validation activities to ensure project deliverables meet expected outcomesProvide timely and accurate status updates, dashboards, and reporting on project health, escalating concerns when necessaryDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability by wearing multiple hats—serving as facilitator, communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver depending on project needsWhat You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a closely related fieldDemonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projectsStrong working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with proven ability to select and apply the appropriate approach based on project needsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional environments including business, technical, and vendor resourcesProven capacity to manage ambiguity, make sound decisions with limited information, and adapt to evolving prioritiesSolid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex and unusual challengesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience reporting to both technical and executive-level stakeholdersPreferred:Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related disciplineProject Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe)Strong preference for candidates with management consulting backgroundExperience managing implementation of an enterprise-wide asset management systemDemonstrated experience working in a team environmentPhysical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorMust be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in personSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Reasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$95 to $106 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
