We're growing our team here in Fredericksburg, PA:Compensation: $18.03 / hour Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:00pm, Full-time Position SummarySite Supervisors work closely with a set number of employees to ensure they meet organizational standards and respective quotas. The job is to stand post as a security guard while also using your  knowledge of company culture and procedures to train new hires and ensure that employees uphold the values of GardaWorld through daily work activities. You are also responsible for writing performance evaluations and communicating with members of the human resources department about employees.Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:Managing the workflow of your employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasksAssessing the work performance of your employees and identifying areas that need improvementScreening trucks as they come on to the sitePatrols of the site, possibly 7 miles a day.Access control of visitors and employeesCRP certified and up-to-dateEnsuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are metTraining and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their rolesSetting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company’s plans and visionRecommend new employees to the human resources team based on an assessment of their performanceReporting performance records and evaluations to HR and senior managementQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma requiredAt least 1 year previous supervisor experienceMicrosoft Office Suite proficiencyMust be at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirementsLegally authorized to work in the United StatesAdvanced leadership and team management skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communicationExpertise in a specific industryKnowledge of company policiesTime management and organizational skillsAbility to maintain a consistent teamwork mentalityComputer skills and knowledge of collaboration tools In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
