Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking an innovative General Manager 4 to lead the food service programs at Naugatuck Public Schools in Naugatuck, CT. The district serves more than 4,000 students across multiple school sites, including an early childhood center, elementary, intermediate, middle, and high schools, as well as a robust adult education program. This role oversees all USDA‑compliant breakfast and lunch programs, ensuring students receive nutritious, high‑quality meals every day. The General Manager will drive service excellence, maintain compliance, and strengthen the overall dining experience.
