What You'll Do: Lead daily operations across the café, five micro‑kitchens, catering program, and executive meeting center, ensuring flawless service and a refined guest experience.Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary on‑site partner and trusted advisor for all dining‑related needs.Drive operational excellence and financial performance through effective planning, forecasting, labor management, and continuous improvement.Develop, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.Oversee executive catering and meeting services with precision, ensuring elevated, detail‑driven experiences for VIP guests and leadership events.Champion Sodexo’s standards of quality, safety, and innovation while identifying opportunities to enhance the dining program and elevate the overall hospitality experience.
