Our Service and Water Valet teams stand ready to cater to your needs, ensuring that your experience with our products is always seamless and satisfying. Job Overview: We are looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Support Associate to join our retail team in a hot tub and backyard leisure showroom. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with products such as water care chemicals, accessories, and parts, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, learning about products, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Pay Rate: $20.00 /Hourly Responsibilities Greet walk-in customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with water care, chemicals, covers, parts, and accessories Build rapport with customers and assess their needs to recommend appropriate products and services Answer customer questions and resolve concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary Assist customers with the purchase of chemicals, filters, accessories, and parts at the retail counter Accurately process transactions, returns, and exchanges using the POS system Promote current sales, promotions, and service offerings Follow up with customers regarding special orders, service inquiries, or quotes Monitor and fulfill online store orders through Shopify, including pulling, packing, invoicing, and mailing items Prepare and stage internal product transfers for other store locations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment Stock shelves and ensure displays remain full, clean, and properly organized Perform basic water testing using in-store systems and recommend treatment solutions Assist with inventory counts and product labeling Open and close the cash drawer daily Qualifications: Previous retail or sales experience preferred (home improvement, pool/spa, or specialty retail a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills; POS system experience preferred Ability to learn technical product knowledge (training provided) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Leslie’s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people.
