Primary Purpose of PositionPerforms a wide range of Appliance services for residential customers and promotes the sale of all other services. Primary Duties and AccountabilitiesServes as expert in handling aggravated cases involving multiple requests for service.Promote the sale of other services offered by Constellation Home to customers.Identifies and corrects complex problems in specified appliances and gas/electric water heaters.Maintains company stock and equipment, and makes recommendations for additions or deletions as needed.Attends appliance manufacturer training and presents to team.Serves as a trainer and mentor for other service technicians in the field. Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work weekends, holidays, and overtimeEligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's licenseAverage physical ability (bending, stopping, and climbing ladders)Ability to lift and carry objects of various weightsAdvanced knowledge and skills in at least two of the following areas refrigeration, laundry, and kitchen systemsAdvanced skills in servicing gas and electric water heatersAdvanced skills in customer relationsAdvanced skills in sales with the ability to recommend and promote all services offered by the company Preferred QualificationsValid gas fitter's licenseCFC Certification Core & Type I
