Plumbing install jobs can be a bit scary to customers—after all, you’re making some pretty big changes to their home. You’re good at making them feel better about the process, and you can think on your feet when an installation proves to be a bit tricky.You'll make $80,000-$120,000 yearly! Responsibilities: As a Trenchless Plumbing Technician, you’ll:Be responsible for the installation of CIPP (Cured-In-Place-Pipe) for various residential rehab and repair projects. Maintain lining equipment in good operating condition by cleaning, daily inspection, and small minor repairs. Qualifications: The Super-Fun HR StuffMinimum Qualifications: 3+ years of plumbing experience with drain, sewer, water and gas lines installation and retrofit, having strong knowledge of state and local codes and regulationsStrong customer service skillsAbility to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisionsKeen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasksKnowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required toolsCommitted adherence and enforcement of the company’s core values and core purposeBasic computer skillsStrong mechanical aptitudeExcellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to fluently speak, read, and write in the English languagePreferred Qualifications:Prior leadership experienceValid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor or Journeyman LicenseValid South Carolina LLR Plumbing Contractor LicenseValid South Carolina MASC Master Plumber CertificationExperience in Residential Plumbing, particularly with drain, sewer, water & gas line installation and retrofitExperience with service of tank-less water heaters and water filtration systemsKnowledge of drain machines, camera & locator equipmentService Titan Experience Essential Job Functions per ADAMental & Physical Demands and Work Environment: The characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by a person to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Mental Demands: Must be able to perceive and distinguish emotions, as well as deal with adversarial confrontations. Requires an ability to concentrate and prioritize multiple tasks at once.
