Senior Process Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in chemical manufacturing, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting process optimization and product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Process Engineer Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45204 Salary: Based on Qualifications + Bonus  MUST be US Citizen or Green Card Holder- Unable To Sponsor   What's the Job? Lead and support improvements in manufacturing performance focusing on safety, production, and reliability. Develop new products and processes, providing technical support for existing product lines including troubleshooting and process optimization. Serve as a senior technical resource, offering expertise to address complex process challenges across business teams. Communicate effectively with customers and foster positive relationships with third-party clients. Contribute to process documentation, plant testing, and capital project development to enhance operational efficiency. What's Needed? B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment (solids, tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, pumping liquid, etc.) Continuous improvement initiatives experience  Been a part of a smaller organization & team- very hands on Knowledge of IQ, OQ, PQ procedures, and familiarity with PLC/DCS control strategies.
