Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?ROLE SUMMARY:Warehouse Personnel are a critical part of the Anheuser-Busch supply chain. As a Warehouse Personnel team member, you will have a variety of important responsibilities within the warehouse. You will be tasked with accurately picking products and ensuring that the correct items are loaded onto trucks for distribution. You are the one who validates the load is built correctly, to protect the product and ensure employee safety.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely manner Build stable pallets with orders and position them to loading docks from voice pick headsetsLoad and unload delivery and over-the-road trucks and ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on the trucks Wrap orders before loading on trucksMaintain and track quality control Maintain appearance of facility including monitoring and repacking damaged product and general maintenance of equipment Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment as necessary JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED required Previous warehousing or distribution experience preferred Forklift certified preferred Safe driving record Ability to safely operate job related equipment (i.e. hand truck, pallet jack, etc.) Ability to work with minimal supervisionMust be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variationGood oral and written communications skillsBe able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 165 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the jobMust be able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidaysWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
