Senior Automation Tester

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications and technology industry, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be part of the Technical Operations and Customer Support department supporting innovative communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lead Software Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC/ Chandler, AZ (On-site) What's the Job? Build an automated regression test bed using proprietary UI and Hammer Call Master. Convert manual test scripts into automated scripts to streamline testing processes. Run daily automated tests and generate clear, actionable reports. Review call flows and test data issues to triage test failures efficiently. Develop virtualized services and stubs to support testing of unstable or unavailable data flows. What's Needed? Experience creating Hammer Call Master prompts and scripts. Expertise in IVR/EIVA systems and call flow analysis. Experience with service virtualization or stubbing techniques.
