Responsibilities: Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a real difference in residents' lives? We are searching for a compassionate and skilled RN to join our assisted living community. If you are passionate about providing exceptional, person-centered care and contributing to positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction, we encourage you to apply! As an RN, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans. You will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing individualized interventions, and continuously evaluating outcomes to ensure the highest quality of care. Position Highlights *Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients.*Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve positive patient outcomes.*Manage patient care, including delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs consistent with their scope of practice.*Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.*Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.*Participate in interdisciplinary care management and discharge planning.*Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click Care (PCC).
