Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You'll Be DoingPrepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract termsExecute timely billing cycles, meeting all deadlines and maintaining organized workflowsManage credits, rebills, and pricing adjustments while resolving billing discrepanciesTrack and apply pricing updates in coordination with Sales and Finance teamsPartner cross-functionally to support billing processes, audits, and continuous improvementWhat Are We Looking ForExperience in billing, accounts receivable, customer service, or related administrative functionsStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial data and documentationAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with ERP/billing systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindsetWork EnvironmentThis role operates in a fast-paced office environment with regular interaction between Sales and Finance teams.
