This position maintains professional accountability for the care provided to assigned patients and evaluates the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other direct caregivers. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensures protection of patient rights, and maintains confidentiality of all patient information.
