This is a regional role with consistent home time, strong weekly earnings, and a company that genuinely invests in its drivers. Pay & Schedule Schedule: Monday–Friday, dispatch 5:00–7:00 AM (every other Sunday preferred) Weekly Pay: $1,000–$1,500 Mileage: $0.41–$0.47 CPM based on Class A experience Accessorial Pay: Additional hourly pay for tasks like drops, prep, wait time, Moffett, and jobsite work — starting at $16.00/hr, increasing with tenure PTO Rate: $36–$38/hr based on driver level Performance Bonus: Up to $300 Job Details Route Type: Regional Freight: Metal building components and metal coils Equipment: Automatic trucks, Samsara ELD, dual-facing cameras Overnight: Minimum 2 nights per week; home every other day Key Responsibilities Haul metal building components and metal coils across regional lanes Deliver to hardware stores, jobsites, and farms — adapting to each location's unique challenges Manage digital logs and delivery paperwork independently Follow all PPE and safety protocols Minimum Requirements Class A CDL required — all experience levels welcome to apply Must pass MVR, PSP, background check, drug screen, physical agility test, and DOT physical Prior forklift experience a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision with strong employer contributions Basic Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability — 100% employer paid Wellness incentive — earn up to $1,200/year 401(k) with match and ESOP Employee Assistance, Education Assistance, and more Multiple openings — hiring immediately.
