Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, medical-area access concerns, and requests for assistance from clinical teams. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related hazards, then report findings per site procedures. Control access at designated posts by monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or authorization as required, and assisting with visitor direction and wayfinding. Document and communicate security-related incidents, patrol activity, and alarms using reports and logs, and coordinate with site leadership and/or local law enforcement when escalation is required.Minimum Requirements: Possess an armed guard card and/or license. Provide proof of a high school diploma and/or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Loss prevention experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
