Our dedicated Service and Water Valet teams stand ready to cater to your needs, ensuring that your experience with our products is always seamless and satisfying.  Job Overview: The Service Coordinator is a key member of our Call Center team and serves as the first point of contact for all incoming customer calls. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining Service and Water Valet technician schedules while delivering an exceptional customer experience. With more than 30 years of experience, Capital Hot Tubs has built a reputation as a trusted provider of premium hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas. In August 2021, we proudly joined the Leslie’s family and continue our tradition of delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer care. Our Service and Water Valet teams are dedicated to ensuring every customer interaction is seamless, satisfying, and memorable. Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 /Hourly  Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Responsibilities: Provide energetic, caring, and professional service to customers and team members in every interaction Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, identifying customer needs and providing solutions Schedule and coordinate daily assignments for 7 Service and Water Valet technicians Assist customers by providing guidance, scheduling service appointments, or escalating issues to the Service or Operations Manager when needed Manage office and warehouse inventory, including ordering, shipping, and receiving parts Accurately enter and maintain service records, contracts, and customer information in internal systems Support and grow monthly Water Valet service contracts Take ownership of specialized tasks such as warranty coordination, autoship services, and post-sales follow-up Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a high call-volume customer service or call center environment 2+ years of experience using CRM systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office Strong customer service mindset with a professional and solutions-focused approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent incoming calls Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and recordkeeping Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist across departments We offer our employees competitive compensation, extensive paid training, comprehensive and flexible suite of benefits package, 401K with company match, team member discounts, rewards for top performers, and most importantly career advancement opportunities.
