 PHYSICAL THERAPIST Outpatient   South side Chicago Outpatient Facility seeks Physical Therapist JOB SUMMARY: Metro South Chicago Health Center seeks Physical Therapist for Outpatient Adults.  Weekdays.   Work includes Outpatient Adults RESPONSIBILITIES: Physical Therapist will provide diagnostic, consultative and treatment services for outpatient clients. Schedule: Monday-Friday day time hours 8-4pm. QUALIFICATIONS: Physical Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation. PT with outpatient experience. Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire.  COMPENSATION: Depending on experience. Competitive salary and benefits available for those working 30 hrs/wk or more.
