Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the real estate and property management industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Data & Insights Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Chicago, IL Pay Range: What's the Job? Transform complex data into impactful visualizations and strategic insights to tell a story. Lead efforts to implement innovative data-driven solutions that highlight key trends and support decision-making across stakeholders. Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather requirements, create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for intuitive user experiences. Continuously explore new technologies and tools to keep the organization ahead of industry trends. Participate in developing standards, strategies, and best practices for data analysis and visualization. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required. 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, CRMA, or similar visualization tools such as d3.js or Mapbox. Knowledge of SQL and APIs for data integration and analysis. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate stakeholder requirements into impactful visualizations. What's in it for me?
