Director, Actuary - Hybrid

This is an opportunity to become a key stakeholder and have a say in the strategic direction of the company. Reinsurance client is seeking a highly skilled Actuary who will provide support to both the CEO & Chief Actuary. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks including model-building, pricing & underwriting new transactions, supporting financial reporting, and managing the monthly reinsurance settlement process. The ideal candidate will be a FSA or Career ASA with 8-15 years of actuarial experience, including experience in Annuity, Stat, and GAAP. Must be highly analytical, possess strong technical skills, and have a desire to work on a small team to build and grow a new business.
