If it’s part of who you are too, you may be the perfect fit.This opportunity is full time located at 9200 Wall Street Austin, TX 78754.What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact every day by:Supporting and strengthening compliance programs across our main and regional laboratories.Building and managing systems that identify and mitigate risks before they become issues.Translating complex regulations into practical, easy-to-follow processes.Recognizing when corrective action is needed and implementing effective, thoughtful solutions.Serving as a trusted compliance partner to laboratory teams, clients, regulators, and legal partners.Promoting a culture centered on safety, quality, and integrity.Traveling to laboratory sites (approx. 30%) to conduct audits and support continuous improvement.You’ll be part of a team that values respect, excellence, honesty, responsibility, and accountability and you’ll help ensure those values are lived out every day.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Compliance, Health Sciences, Healthcare Data Science, or Healthcare AdministrationSolid knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, etc.)3 years of experience in medical and/or laboratory billingStrong communication and presentation skillsProficiency with Excel and auditing/monitoring toolsConfidence advising leaders and team members on compliance and governance mattersExtra CreditAt least 1 year of healthcare compliance experienceFamiliarity with laboratory billing and information systems such as XiFin or MisysWhat We OfferDeep appreciation for your work and expertiseA meaningful career supporting patient care and community healthOpportunities to grow professionallyFree lab services for you and your dependentsWork-life balance, including paid holidays and PTOCompetitive medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchA team that values trust, belonging, and collaborationImportant NoteThis role involves routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI).
