This is a highly visible role responsible for meeting sales performance quota by identifying new business opportunities in untapped customers to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. What You’ll DoDefine and execute the national sales and business development strategy for SRN, driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding performance targetsIdentify, prioritize, and convert new business opportunities across untapped markets, leveraging capabilities and broader Sonic offeringsLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous developmentOwn sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting, using data and market insights to refine strategy and optimize resultsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive long-term growth and retentionPartner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and research teams to align offerings with market demand and enhance competitive positioningMonitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and economic factors to proactively adjust strategy and maintain market relevanceActively participate in client engagements, industry events, and national forums to expand market presence and close strategic opportunitiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalismWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred10+ years of progressive business development or sales leadership experience in a high-growth environment, ideally within pharma services, diagnostics, or healthcareProven success leading and scaling sales teams across multiple regions, with a strong track record of delivering revenue growthExperience building and executing go-to-market strategies, including sales training and team developmentStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategiesExceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence, with the ability to influence at all levelsData-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to inform decisions and improve performanceRelationship-driven approach, with the ability to build credibility with clients, physicians, and internal stakeholdersHands-on, adaptable leadership style with a bias for action and resultsWhy Join Sonic Healthcare USAYou’ll step into a role with real influence, backed by a global organization known for quality, scale, and medical leadership.
