Our client, a leader in facilities management and construction services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Facilities Management department, supporting various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to project execution, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Rochester, NY Pay: $47-$49/hr. What's the Job? Provide construction management, architectural design, and code compliance support within the Facilities Management group. Coordinate work of contractors and interface with customers to meet program requirements. Manage all phases of project management including evaluation, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, design oversight, and construction management. Support projects such as building renovations, infrastructure improvements, equipment installations, and site work to support business needs. Utilize business operating systems to deliver continuous improvement, process efficiencies, and cost savings. What's Needed? Organizational, interpersonal, and effective communication skills (verbal and written). Experience in managing architectural, electrical, and HVAC system projects. Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations including OSHA, ADA, NFPA, NEC, EPA, and local building codes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Estimating software.
