Our client, a healthcare industry leader, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting patients, caregivers, and providers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding service, aligning successfully with the organization’s mission to deliver compassionate and efficient healthcare support. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location:Louisville, KY Pay Range:$15 What's the Job? Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers. Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller. Provide accurate information to the caller. Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers. Resolve the callers' needs efficiently and professionally. What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year call center experience preferred. Previous healthcare experience desired. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to type 35+ WPM. What's in it for me?
