Job Title: Business Development Manager 2 Location: Onsite – Mountain View, CA Duration: 3 months (Extension expected through 03/22/2027) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, no overtime expected Pay Rate Range: $25 to $30/hr Key Responsibilities Office Operations Ensure smooth daily operations across the site Manage office supplies, meeting spaces, and workplace logistics Coordinate with security and maintain overall site rhythm Vendor Management Manage relationships with onsite vendors such as: Catering Cleaning Security Event vendors Ensure high-quality service delivery and strong partnerships Health & Safety Maintain workplace compliance standards Implement safety programs and policies Promote a safe and inclusive workplace Space Planning Partner with Microsoft facilities teams on: Office design Workplace moves Office expansions Occupancy planning Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a liaison between: Microsoft AI teams Central facilities teams Internal operational partners Top 3 Must-Have Skills Strong Communication Skills Project Management Experience Operations Management Expertise Candidate Requirements Minimum Qualifications Minimum 4 years of professional experience Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments Proven ability to work independently and proactively solve problems Ideal Background Candidates may come from roles such as: Executive Assistant Workplace or Office Manager Hospitality or Guest Experience Leader Project or Program Manager Startup or Scale-up Operations Technology or High-Growth Organizations Experience supporting organizations through rapid growth, change, or IPO-level scaling is a plus.
