Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Customer Service II to join their team. As a Customer Service II, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service II Location: Little Canada, MN Pay Range:  $22/hr What's the Job? Receives and processes customer rental and purchase orders following established procedures Interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department, creates shipping paperwork, and communicates waybill information Maintains ongoing contact with customers until shipments are received at the destination Follows up on order discrepancies, credit holds, and product availability issues, collaborating with team leads and supervisors Provides updates on order status, inventory, and supports billing corrections to ensure accuracy What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant specialized training or experience Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret and clarify customer orders effectively Proficiency in maintaining and updating ERP and CRM databases What's in it for me?
