Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Current, active, and unencumbered Virginia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS/CPR certification required.Home health experience preferred. Candidate should be familiar with home visit workflows and in-home patient evaluation and treatment.Experience supervising and evaluating PTAs and home health aides preferred.Familiarity with documentation in electronic health record systems and basic computer navigation required.Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance required for home visits.2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health.Shift name: Days.Typical cadence: 5x8 schedule.Scope: Perform patient evaluations and provide therapeutic services per physician orders. Supervise and evaluate PTAs and home health aides as assigned.Must provide on-site home visits and periodic office meetings as required by state regulations.
