Candidate should be familiar with home visit workflows and in-home patient evaluation and treatment.Experience supervising and evaluating PTAs and home health aides preferred.Familiarity with documentation in electronic health record systems and basic computer navigation required.Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance required for home visits.2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
