Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Join our team as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist and provide skilled evaluation and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility in Prophetstown, IL. Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.Active Illinois SLP license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including instrumental assessments (e.g., FEES or MBSS), preferred.Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift: Days.Schedule: 5 days per week.
