Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.Minimum of one year of outpatient experience as a licensed clinician is required.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Ability to document accurately in electronic medical records commonly used in outpatient settings.Ability to work with a varied caseload including orthopedic and post-operative patients.Preferred: experience with manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise progression, and patient education in an outpatient setting.
