Responsibilities: MV Transportation is seeking a Compliance Manager who shall effectively manage all aspects of DriveCam. The essential job functions are daily downloads of all DriveCam events from all vehicles.  DriveCam Program ManagementManage all aspects of the DriveCam system, including daily downloads and review of events from all vehiclesEnsure DriveCam cameras are operational and functioning at all timesReview and analyze video footage from the previous service day to identify safety events, trends, and coaching opportunitiesNotify Management immediately of any serious or high‑risk events requiring urgent actionProvide data, insights, and recommendations to Management to improve the effective use of the DriveCam programCreate, maintain, and distribute DriveCam reports to field leadership and management as requiredCoaching, Training, and Discipline SupportConduct daily coaching with operators based on DriveCam eventsRetrain operators involved in near‑collision or high‑risk driving eventsSupport Management with documentation for coaching, corrective action, and discipline, as appropriateAccident & Incident Reporting SupportAssist Safety and Operations with accident and incident reporting, documentation, and follow‑upSupport the collection, organization, and review of information related to incidents for internal and client reportingEnsure documentation is completed accurately and within required timelinesThird‑Party Projects & Compliance InitiativesSupport and coordinate third‑party safety, compliance, and technology projects as assignedAssist with audits, program rollouts, and compliance initiatives involving external vendors or partnersOffice & Administrative SupportProvide general office support related to safety, compliance, and operationsMaintain confidentiality of all safety, personnel, and incident information and share only as directed by the Safety DepartmentPerform other duties as assigned by Management or the Safety Department Qualifications: Qualifications & Talent RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to conduct Behind‑the‑Wheel Defensive Driving evaluationsHigh School diploma or equivalent (additional safety or compliance training preferred)Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelStrong attention to detail, organization, and confidentialityAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a safety‑sensitive environmentStarting salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 MV Transportation is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances.  The information collected by this application is solely to determine suitability for employment, verify identity and maintain employment statistics on applicants.   Where permissible under applicable state and local law, applicants may be subject to a pre-employment drug test and background check after receiving a conditional offer of employment. #appcast
