Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be an integral part of the assembly and testing processes, supporting the development of cutting-edge vehicles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Hayward, California Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour What's the Job? Assist in the assembly and testing of vehicles, ensuring quality and safety standards are met Support both hardware and software testing procedures on vehicle systems Work closely with team leads and other technicians to facilitate smooth production flow Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment Contribute feedback to improve build processes, safety, and quality standards What's Needed? Experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with basic hand and power tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with electrical schematics and harness drawings is preferred Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a standing, walking, and manufacturing environment for extended periods What's in it for me?
