Join us!  Job Summary and QualificationsWhat you will do in this role:Performs rounds on each nursing unit.Observes and assesses the quality of patient care being delivered.Identify nursing educational needs.Escalate concerns about nursing skills, patient care, policies, processes, and equipment as appropriate. Ensure that nurses within scope of support have a clear understanding of how to integrate patient experience into nursing practice. Responds to emergencies on unitsWhat qualifications you will need:Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current State of Florida Registered RN License, orRecognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions).Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red CrossNeonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 1 year of employment start dateNIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateNonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start dateFive or more years of acute care hospital experienceMed/Surg/Tele RN experience preferred BenefitsHCA Florida JFK Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
