Maintenance Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting manufacturing, facilities, and stationary engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Manager What's the Job? Lead site-wide maintenance strategy across manufacturing, facilities, and stationary engineering departments Drive the transition from reactive to proactive maintenance systems, including planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance Improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to downtime, safety, costs, and asset performance Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Safety teams to support production goals and operational excellence What's Needed? 10+ years of experience leading and supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLCs, drives, and industrial controls Proven experience in developing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs Hands-on experience with CMMS systems, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Excellent communication skills and ability to lead change and develop teams effectively What's in it for me?
