Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • BSN completion preferred Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health. Additional Details: Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations. Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted. Required Skills/Experience: Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience. Required Credentials: ASN Shift & Scheduling: Weekends: 5-6 wknd shifts per 6 wk schedule Holidays: Department Rotation Floating Requirements: May float to like units 7 days maximum time off.
