Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: • 16 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 10 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience. • Travel experience is required from any number of months. • Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a California license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience - References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Must disclose license/BG hits up front at time of submission. No open license hits will be approved. - Return Staff Policy: can return after 3 months. - Must include response to the following from the candidate with submission: Have you ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem? If yes, please include location and dates worked. - SSN and DOB required. Required Credentials - All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. - LA fire card within the last 30 days is required. Special Requests - RTO must be listed at time of submission. Aya Offer: 7 Days. Anything more than 7 Days will potentially delay your offer. - Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD). - Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered. Shift & Scheduling - 7 days on call per pay period - 2 Nights/week + 1 weekend/2 weeks, so 7 days per 2 weeks. - Weekends may exceed every other to meet unit needs. - Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period. - Block schedule: Per manager discretion.
