Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.Demonstrated competency with common SNF equipment and interventions including gait training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise, and use of mobility aids preferred.
