Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC.Home Health experience required, preferably in a geriatric patient population.Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR preferred.Ability to manage a weekly patient mileage expectation of approximately 250 miles.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required for travel throughout the Tyler, Longview, and Marshall territories.Weekend rotation not required. On-call not required.
