Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.Client preference: PT preferred but PTA candidates will be considered. This is a preference, not a guarantee.Ability to document care electronically and use common therapy equipment used in post-acute care. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
