Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Florida Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.Ability to provide physical therapy services five days per week, consistent with client note requiring PT 5 days/week and a 32-hour guarantee.Experience with common SNF documentation systems and skilled therapy plan of care documentation preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Schedule: 4x8 (four 8-hour days per week).Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
