AML Project Manager

Our client, a leader in financial crime compliance, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the AML/KYC Operations supporting compliance and risk management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Program Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: Max $46/hr w2 Looking for candidates who is local to Phoenix, AZ   What's the Job? Lead end-to-end projects focused on improving AML/KYC due diligence operations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Partner with compliance, legal, risk, and operations teams to align deliverables with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Track project milestones, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Design, build, and maintain a centralized AML/KYC knowledge guidance repository for due diligence analysts. Develop clear, structured, and accessible guidance materials covering regulatory expectations, risk indicators, jurisdictional considerations, and case studies. What's Needed? 3-5+ years of experience in AML/KYC, financial crime compliance, or due diligence operations, and project management. Proficiency in AML regulations (e.g., BSA, FATF guidance, global frameworks) and KYC/CDD/EDD processes. Experience writing SOPs, policies, or operational guidance documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear operational guidance and manage stakeholder relationships effectively. What's in it for me?
