GenAI Portfolio Manager

Job Title:GenAI Portfolio Manager Location:Charlotte, NC Pay Range: What's the Job? Manage the end-to-end delivery of the GenAI portfolio across multiple concurrent initiatives. Develop and maintain integrated delivery and release plans to ensure timely project execution. Coordinate dependencies, milestones, and critical paths across various projects to optimize delivery. Identify potential risks and issues early, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Facilitate governance forums and leadership reviews to ensure transparency and alignment with strategic goals. What's Needed? At least 5 years of experience in Strategy and Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education. Proficiency in enterprise program and portfolio management, including scaled Agile methodologies such as SAFe. Strong skills in dependency and risk management, with experience using tools like Jira, Planview, or MS Project. Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing without direct authority and engaging with senior leadership. Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with a proactive problem-solving mindset. What's in it for me?
