In this dynamic role, you?ll provide clinical nutrition coverage across the Jefferson Health system throughout the greater Philadelphia area?offering a unique opportunity to expand your expertise, build strong partnerships, and make a meaningful impact across multiple care settings.Job ResponsibilitiesAssess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needsProvide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changesCollaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition careMonitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as neededStay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
