Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. Additional requirements include:Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Experience: Three years of experience in all aspects of medical surgical nursing and Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred with aa minimum of two years supervisory experience.Licenses: Must have a current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license. Education: BSN or ADN with current enrollment in a BSN program required.  Connect with a RecruiterNot ready to complete an application, or have questions?
