Documents and interprets rhythm strips for all patients. Communicates with appropriate nurses of changes in cardiac rhythms. As a member of the nursing unit, conducts self to promote an organized and positive environment. Clinical Responsibilities: Provides continuous cardiac monitor observation Documents and interprets rhythm strips for each patient per unit requirement. Positions and handles patients with a high degree of safety and professionalism Recognizes and reports any adverse reactions, events or possible safety concerns.
