Job Description

Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.Prior experience with geriatric populations and rehab modalities preferred.Ability to perform duties across multiple units or float to other facility locations if required by the client. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift: Days.Shift hours: 0800-1630.Work days: Sunday through Saturday as scheduled; position indicates coverage across the week.Meal break: 30 minutes.Contract length: 13 weeks.Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
