Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.Current documentation of immunizations and TB screening per facility policy.Ability to manage patient caseloads typical of post-acute and long-term care populations, including mobility training, fall prevention, and restorative therapy.Electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred. .Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient, SNF, or acute care settings preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift name: Days.Shift details: Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:30.Shift pattern: 5x8.Assignment length: 13 weeks.Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
