Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Active Washington state PT license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.Minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care preferred.Experience with mobility assessment, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and documentation in SNF settings preferred.Ability to work Monday through Friday and provide 36 guaranteed hours per week as outlined by the client. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift: Days.Shift Hours: 0800-1630.Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.Meal Break: 30 minutes.Contract Length: 13 weeks.Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.
