Description Outpatient Clinical Supervisor Location: Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually Date Posted: February 18, 2026About the RoleThe Clinical Quality Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of clinical quality of services provided across assigned outpatient programs. This role acts as a specialized clinician, providing training and supervision, clinical consultation and collaboration, assessment and assistance, and clinical guidance and mentoring to all assigned programs. This position supports five offices and operates in a hybrid remote capacity, working 1–2 days from home depending on location needs, with flexibility required to travel weekly or monthly to Pottsville, Carbon (Lehighton), Monroe (Stroudsburg), Pike (Milford), and Juniata (Mifflintown) outpatient clinics as needed.Responsibilities• Provide oversight of clinical quality and service delivery across assigned outpatient programs• Deliver clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship to clinical staff• Provide specialized clinical guidance, assessment, and support to programs• Collaborate with program leadership to ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices• Support leadership in maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements• Travel to assigned outpatient clinics weekly or monthly to provide onsite support as needed• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and positive client outcomes• Assist with staff development, performance improvement initiatives, and quality assurance processes• Support credentialing and insurance requirements for outpatient services• Maintain documentation and reporting standards in alignment with organizational policiesRequired Qualifications• Professional license required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or related human services field required• Minimum of 3 years of mental health experience• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience• Credentialing with regional insurance companies preferred for outpatient opportunities• Ability and flexibility to travel to multiple outpatient clinic locations as needed Compensation & BenefitsFull-time Employees:• Paid vacation days (increase with tenure)• Separate sick leave that rolls over annually• Up to 10 paid holidays*• Medical, dental, and vision insurance options• DailyPay – access your earnings without waiting for payday*• Training, development, and continuing education opportunitiesAll Employees:• 401(k)• Free licensure supervision• Pet insurance• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)• Perks @ Clarvida – national discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainment• Mileage reimbursement(*Benefits may vary by state or county) Application Deadline: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled. If you're #readytowork we are #readytohire!
