Check out our job openings and advance your career with a company that values its team members!LOCATION: 250 Miller Place, Hicksville, NYDAYS: Monday-Friday w/ alternating weekendsHOURS:11pm-7:30amFULL TIME: Benefit Eligible: SALARY RANGE: $66,300 - $80,000Under the general supervision of the Laboratory Manager, the Data Entry Supervisor will be responsible for the overall supervision of the data entry specialists.  They will be responsible for overseeing the workflow and have knowledge of all work performed by data entry specialists.  They will also review and document staff performance relating to performance reviews, and disciplinary actions and will be responsible for interviewing and training new hires.    In this role you will:Supervises and train employees, monitors workflow in the Data Entry department and prepares technical reports reflecting volume of workChecks employees’ work for accuracy and corrects data entry errorsInterviews potential employees to fill open positionsDevises appropriate work schedules to ensure adequatestaffing on all shiftsWrites performance reviews evaluating staff performanceDocuments performance issues and addresses them accordinglyCommunicates with other department managers and staff regarding work flow, data entry follow up and test errors,  Assists staff in the data entry of patient information into the laboratory information system. Perform work of data entry specialist as neededConduct monthly staff meetingsResolve workplace issues as they ariseAll you need is:Associates degree or equivalentMinimum 2 years supervisory experienceAbility to type 8000 KPH and demonstrate proficiency and accuracyScheduled Weekly Hours:40Work Shift:Job Category:Laboratory OperationsCompany:Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc.Our Mission: Highest quality laboratory testingOur Passion: Helping people live better, healthier livesWhen you join Sunrise Medical Labs, you are well supported by everyone — from colleagues and management alike.
